End-of-Year message from DBGS principal

Dear Parents

As this amazing school year comes to an end, it gives me the opportunity to write and thank you for all of your support this academic year. It has been a whirlwind of a year with so many exciting and successful events happening alongside the full academic programme we offer.

To our leaving families, we wish you all the very best for a successful future. Thanks for being part of DBGS. To those staying into the next academic year, enjoy the summer holidays and we look forward to seeing you all once more on August 27th, the first day of the new school year.

Sadly we are saying goodbye also to a number of staff at school. In the senior school we are bidding farewell to: Mrs Chambers, Mrs Rutten, Mr Jones, Mrs Kosandar, Mr Yahaya, Mr Charlesworth and Mrs Robinson.

In the primary school we also say bon voyage to: Mrs Bates, Mr Clarke, Mrs Clarke, Miss Scales, Mrs Gray, Mrs Fakhreddine, Mrs Ghannam, Mrs Comrie, Mrs Bolton, Mrs Martinstyne, Mrs Syeda, Mrs Ciesco, Mrs Button, Mrs Harper, Mrs Cordiner and Mrs Harris.

Alongside these members of staff we also sadly say goodbye to Mrs Livingstone, our admissions officer.

I would like to thank all of these staff for their amazing contribution to our school.

We have many new staff joining in August who are all keen and excited to start their new lives in Saudi Arabia and we look forward to welcoming them to our vibrant school.

Have a wonderful break. Safe travels. Enjoy time with family and friends.

Kind regards

David Bolton
